# Não estou recebendo notificações da Clickbank

Na Clickbank precisamos ter mais cuidados, pois existem diversos pontos que podem fazer a notificação não chegar.

### Situação 1: Chave desativada

Primeiro, entre na sua automação do [**Make.com**](https://make.com/) e verifique se ela está ativada conforme a imagem abaixo:

A chave precisa estar nessa posição: **ON**

**Clique sobre a chave** para alterar a posição, se necessário.

### Situação 2: URL de Notificação não verificada

Se a chave estiver ligada da forma correta, então verifique se a **URL de Notificação Instantânea** da sua conta **Clickbank** está verificada.

Ela deve aparecer com essa indicação conforme a imagem acima.

Se o status não aparecer **VERIFICADO**, clique no botão de **TESTE**, aguarde mudar o status para **VERIFICADO** e depois salve as alterações.
